MOON NEWS July 2019

With the focus on the nations moon achievement, we note that Howard Products had it's role in getting to the moon. One of our customers, David Clark Co. designed and made space helmets, gloves and parts of the spacesuit. We made parts for those assemblies. Further back in time, our president's great grandfather wrote the patent for Robert Goddard's rocket engine. Both were attending WPI when Goddard needed the patent written. No one at the time believed it was possible nor took him seriously. Friend, Charles Hawley, came forward to write the patent. So from engine inception to spacesuit gear, Howard Products has connections to MOON achievements.
