   We are a Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication company born in 1948 in Worcester, Massachusetts, USA.

  We are a job shop, that means we do sheet metal fabrication work for you, from simple parts to complicated precision sheet metal fabrications, from one to thousands.  We will produce your design right here in Worcester, Massachusetts and we'll help you with your design to maximize manufacturability.

We work predominantly with the following materials:

Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Lexan and other materials (we are willing to try anything to help serve our customers).   Normally we work in thickness' ranging from 0.025 to 0.250 inches.  We have also worked with materials as thin as 0.004 in., for instance laser cutting shims, and 3/8" & 1/2" plates and bars.

  We perform 3D-modeling, shearing, punching, laser cutting, drilling, tapping, c'sinking, bending, rolling, inserting, welding, assembling, etc.  Although we do not paint or plate in house we work closely with area business' to provide quality finishing for your parts.

  We enjoy working closely with our customers and helping customers with their sheet metal designs.  Very often we will help with product design & development and improvements, refinements or alterations to lower the manufacturing costs of sheet metal parts and fabrications.

  We recently finished laser cutting, bending and welding the seat for the Formula SAE car being built by students at WPI.
